How to increase body weight..

Like reducing body weight, increasing body weight also quite difficult. There is also some people who want to gain weight, but can't achieved the goal. I hope this article will help you surely.
some kind of people also there who use to eat day and night, but not going to gain a single pound of weight. Its happens because of some health problem, strong metabolism, improper sleep etc.
But guys one thing i want to share that once i was also a very skinny guy. I tried everything to put some weight, but i failed on it. Later on i start to learn about digestive system, absorption of nutrient through body, requirements of micro and macro nutrients etc. 
So guys lets talk about how to increase body weight.... 
Before starting, i must say, gaining weight by eating junk food, cold drink, hard drink is not a healthy way, you should avoid this. If your metabolism is fast you should take a meal at least in 3-4 hours interval, Carbohydrate, protein and fat all are require for our body, but if you want to gain weight fast, you should increase the consumption of carbohydrate and exercise at least 30-45 min per day, it will improve your metabolism.  
Strictly avoid acidic food or vitamin-C containing fruits. because it burns the fat. After long studies on it i experienced that consuming carbohydrates or starch 1.5 to 2 hours before going to bed is the best way to gain weight fast. And the breakfast should be nutritious one so that you can remain energetic whole of the day. Total calorie consumption per day should be higher than that of calorie burning per day.
